Thank you so much for shopping with Trendy Teez & Boutique Co LLC! We are a print-on-demand boutique, which means each item is made just for you after your order is placed.

Because of this, our shipping times are a little different than big box retailers — but we promise it’s worth the wait 🤍

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. This is the time it takes to create your custom item before it ships.

During holidays, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery time is:

  • U.S. Orders: 7-14 business days

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Please Double Check Your Address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. Trendy Teez & Boutique Co LLC is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Delays

Once your package is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), we are not responsible for shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or peak season volume.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the carrier directly. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

Multiple Items

Some items may ship separately because they are produced at different facilities. Don’t worry if they arrive in different packages!
